Sawandi Wilson made his first appearance on General Hospital some three weeks back and quickly found himself having to adjust to the riggers of daytime drama — luckily, he had a good buddy in Delon de Metz (Zende Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful) who could impart some hard-earned wisdom.
Delon de Metz Had This To Say To Sawandi Wilson
Wilson recently shared with Soap Opera Digest that he called de Metz — whom he met while the two were studying under the auspice of acting teacher and coach Susan Baston — and that his bud had been “so generous with his time and just giving advice.”
As for what was on offer, de Metz reportedly told him, “[You] do get a lot of dialogue, yes, you do get a lot of scripts, but to ultimately remain open — and you never know who your love interest is going to be! So just remain open, and pretty much to flirt! Remain open because you never know where the story is going to go. [He also told me] that everyone is going to be so nice, everyone is going to love you.”
