The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for October 24, 2023, tease Eric and Ridge ready to see who creates the best designs and Brooke wanting to make sure the right people are on the right side.
A Father and Son Moment Of Truth
Eric (John McCook) is determined that his last collection will find him at the top of his game and give him a legacy to be proud of. Knowing his health is failing and he might not have much time left adds to his angst but doesn’t take anything away from his drive.
Of course, Eric wants his son to succeed but he is going to show Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that the original is still the best. He is going to win this fashion showdown no matter what it takes and he has at least two Logan ladies on his side now that Katie (Heather Tom) knows the truth about his condition.
Ridge is just as determined as Eric. While he finds his dad’s behavior of late to be highly unusual, Ridge’s ambition gets the best of him. He is not going to allow Eric to show him up and will show everyone who is the best. The show is going to start any day now and Ridge feels he is ready. On the flip side, so does Eric.
Brooke Wants Answers
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) can’t just allow Eric and Ridge to handle things on their own without her two cents. Instead, she seems to want to have teams. While she is happy RJ (Joshua Hoffman) is getting design experience helping Eric, she still wants to see Ridge win and is determined to make sure he has a cheering section.
To that end, she demands to know where Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) stands in this contest. Is he on Eric’s side or Ridge’s side? If he chooses his best friend, what will this do to his relationship with Katie, since she is firmly Team Eric?
At least Katie knows what is really going on with Eric, unlike the rest of his family. With only Donna (Jennifer Gareis), Katie, and RJ in the know, will this damage Eric’s chances and his health even more? What will Carter end up telling Brooke? Will she accept whatever answer he gives?
