The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for December 1, 2023, promise a new idea from Eric and a new vow from Steffy. A celebration is on its way.
Eric Wants A Grand Finale Again
Eric (John McCook) is determined to live until he dies, meaning he is going to live his life to the fullest until the end. He is also going to celebrate his life and honor it the best he can. That means throwing a grand gala to make his last collection and all he has accomplished in life.
Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Katie (Heather Tom) are not quite sure this is the best idea considering that Eric needs to conserve his energy and watch his health. Still, Eric won’t be deterred. Yes, he is becoming weaker each day and the coughing fits are more frequent, but Eric is a stubborn man. Nothing Donna, Katie, or anyone says will stop Eric from going out with a bang on his own terms.
He knows he won’t be there for his funeral, obviously, but this celebration will be the next best thing.
Steffy Will Do What It Takes
When the family learns of Eric’s latest grand plans, they agree to be all in for him and support any decision he makes. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) takes the lead and gives her family a pep talk, getting Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), and RJ (Joshua Hoffman) on board.
They will help him plan this gala no matter what it takes. However, they would not let on that they knew he was dying. If Eric wanted to live his final days with no pity from his loved ones, then that was what he would get.
While Brooke, Thomas, and RJ remain unsure they can emotionally pull this off, Steffy is adamant that they have to fo Eric’s sake. Their grandfather’s final wishes will be met come hell or high water. They might have to keep from crying and keep secrets from Eric, but they are determined to pull it off. It looks like it’s time to plan a party in time for the holidays.
