The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for November 27, 2023, promise a heated argument between Hope and Deacon, as well as a sad realization for Ridge.
Like Father, Like Daughter
Hope (Annika Noelle) was horrified to hear that Deacon (Sean Kanan) was in love with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. She begged her father not to make such a mistake, but he wouldn’t budge, telling her he loved Sheila and that love didn’t always make sense.
On Monday, Hope and Deacon have another tense discussion about the matter because Hope still wants her dad to dump Sheila ASAP. Deacon has no intention of doing that and brings up Hope’s relationship with Thomas. If Hope believes that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) has changed and can love him, why can’t she accept that Sheila has also changed?
Will Hope tell him it’s because Thomas never did any of the crazy and sadistic things that Sheila has done over the decades? Sheila was torturing people in Genoa City before Hope and Thomas were even born so when Deacon compares the two seems ridiculous to his daughter. Hope and Sheila are not the same, but will Deacon see it that way or will he get Hope to see things his way?
Ridge Faces Facts
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) has been going a mile a minute since learning about Eric’s (John McCook) diagnosis and prognosis but never really sat down to absorb the enormity of the news. Instead, he lied about the winner of the fashion challenge and focused on Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), but now it’s time for him to come to terms with the truth.
His father is dying and there is nothing he can do about it except make his last days on Earth as happy as possible. Whatever Eric wants, Eric will get and Brooke will be by his side to help him give Eric a wonderful life while they can. It’s a hard pill for Ridge to swallow, but he is more determined than ever to be there for his dad, just as the whole family is.
