The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for October 18, 2023, promise an explosive day as Finn demands answers and Eric refuses to listen to medical advice. Plus, Brooke has some serious fears.
What is Li Really Hiding?
Finn (Tanner Novlan) is happy to see that his cousin Luna (Lisa Yamada) is in LA and is all ready to catch up until Li (Naomi Matsuda) makes it very clear she doesn’t want Finn anywhere near Luna. When Finn confronts Li about this at the hospital, he doesn’t get the answers he is looking for at first so he gets forceful until Li spills.
She reveals a deep dark secret about Luna that proves her side of the family can keep as many secrets as Jack’s (Ted King) side. Of course, this secret could be about Jack. Might he be Luna’s father? Did he cheat on Li with more than just Sheila (Kimberlin Brown)? Or is Luna’s father someone else on the scene? Things could get pretty awkward between Luna and RJ (Joshua Hoffman) if it turns out that she is a Forrester. Whatever the secret is, Finn’s life will be turned upside down.
Eric is Sick and Determined
As Eric’s (John McCook) condition deteriorates, he continues to make things even worse for himself. Donna (Jennifer Garies) finally knows that things are more serious with Eric’s health than she originally believed and the doctor even wants him to slow down, but Eric will do no such thing. This unnerves Donna, who worries that Eric is going to do himself in plodding on with this silly fashion war. He is going to beat Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and have a successful final collection if it’s the last thing he does.
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) worries about the fashion war for another reason. She has no idea that Eric is sick but she does know that he and Ridge should be getting along rather than try to battle each other with a dressmaking contest. She worries that the animosity they feel towards one another now will spill over after the big fashion show next week and Eric and Ridge’s relationship might be ruined forever. As for Ridge? He worries that there is something more wrong with his dad than Eric is letting on. At least he is more observant than Brooke.
