The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for December 27, 2023, promise Hope dealing with Steffy’s fears and Finn alleviating Ridge’s fears.
Will Hope Set Steffy Straight?
Now that Eric (John McCook) is no longer dying, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) can focus on her brother’s life again and Hope’s (Annika Noelle) role in it. She still doesn’t have a clear picture of what is going on between Hope and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) so she gives Hope a warning. Of course, she gave Hope this same warning back in November and then dropped things when she learned that Granddad was sick.
Steffy once again tells Hope that there could be consequences if she toys with Thomas’s feelings and the consequences won’t come from her. Does Steffy remind Hope of Thomas’s mental health issues and believe they can return if Hope ends up breaking his heart one day?
What can Hope finally do and say to convince Steffy that she and Thomas entered their relationship with open eyes? After Hope’s encounter with Steffy, she has another one with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Will their conversation be about her professional life or personal life? He seemed to be on ‘Thope’s’ side a while back.
Ridge Is On Edge
Speaking of Ridge, he is still a nervous wreck about Eric, especially since it was his job to make sure his father didn’t suffer. He gave Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget (Ashley Jones) permission to treat Eric, and while things were touch and go for a while, Eric now seems to be recovering nicely.
But, is it good enough for Ridge, an impatient man who is rarely willing to wait for anything? Finn assures his father-in-law that Eric’s progress is right on track and where Finn expects it to be. Will this answer satisfy Ridge or will he demand more?
Ridge is used to seeing a vibrant Eric ready to tackle life at any age, so watching him slowly recover from a mystery disease is not easy. Hopefully, Finn’s reassurances that Eric will eventually be okay satisfy Ridge. Then again, Ridge is not a man who is easily appeased.
