The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, tease Ridge keeps his promise to Taylor, but it’s not an easy feat.

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) knows something Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) doesn’t and he’s not great at keeping secrets. This time, though, he promised Taylor (Rebecca Budig) he’d keep mum on her broken heart condition. They both know if Steffy found out she’d use it to push them back together because of course she would.
Would getting back with Ridge even be a quick fix, though? While yes, Taylor does want the love of her life back, winning him by medical default wouldn’t be very satisfying. Steffy wouldn’t see it that way, however. She’d just see her mom back where she thinks she belongs and use it to egg on the Logans. No one needs more family wars.

Speaking of past loves, Liam (Scott Clifton) spends time with his ex-wife. Will he tell Hope (Annika Noelle) about his hot double date with Will (Crew Morrow)? Not that she’d care he was out on the town. She’d probably be relieved since it’s clear she doesn’t want him anymore. Except…does she?
That’s a question that’s been on Liam’s mind for a while. At least since Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shut him down and stood her ground. It’s clear Steffy isn’t leaving Finn (Tanner Novlan) anytime soon so it would only make sense Liam starts chasing Hope again. Unfortunately, for him, her eyes are now firmly set on Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
