Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, May 15, 2024, tease Chad is about to get quite the gift that will rip his heart wide open and remind him of all the love he has for his life and the life they lost together.
Surprises and Consequences
Eric (Greg Rikaart) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) hit the streets to report on the homeless crisis in Salem. This is a sad story and they approach the work with compassion and heartfelt concern. And, of course, they even let themselves enjoy this time with each other. This investigation may be all about tragedy, but at least they’re together. That’s something, right?
Somewhere along the line in her day, Nicole stumbles upon Abigail’s journal. This precious item takes her breath away. What a find! She runs it straight to Chad (Billy Flynn) and places it in his hands. This is going to be an emotional moment. Just days ago, Chad took Thomas (Cary Christopher) to Abigail’s grave to celebrate Mother’s Day and now he has a new piece of her heart to share with his children.
Across town, Chad’s brother is in the hot seat. EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is cornered by Rafe (Galen Gering) who hands him new evidence on Li’s (Remington Hoffman) murder. Rafe is sure this is exactly what he needs to clear his sister’s name, but is it truly enough? EJ may think very differently about the whole situation.
Meanwhile, EJ’s newest cohort takes on Leo (Greg Rikaart). Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) tracks down Lady Whistleblower and lets him have it. How dare he confess it all to EJ?! Well, the joke is on him, EJ’s on Sloan’s side now. Leo better not pull a stunt like that…or else!
