In spite of her paralysis, Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) all wide-toothed smile when Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Xander (Paul Telfer) come visiting with wee Victoria in tow — but when husband and wife are finally alone together, wrapped in each other’s arms, she finally drops the facade and lets the tears fall freely. Xander, for his part, can only offer her cold comfort.
Meanwhile, Brady (Eric Martsolf), having been alerted that it was a gray vehicle that mowed Sarah down, heads down to the parking garage and inspects his car. Sure enough, the paint has been chipped and there are signs of other damage. But it is possible that he’s the one who committed the crime? After all, he did wake up buckled in the driver’s seat with no memory of how he got back home…
Opposite, Paulina (Jackée Harry) joins Jada (Elia Cantu) down at the cop shop to go over footage sent in from the various neighborhood shops along the route of the hit-and-run. Sure enough, the acting Commish thinks that she’s hit paydirt — but does it lead her back to poor Brady?
Finally, Days of our Lives spoilers have Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Abe (James Reynolds) ask Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) to audition for Body & Soul. They’re desperate to recast one of the soap’s signature couples, and there’s no denying that good pals Chanel and Alex have chemistry. And they have a *ahem* history of getting frisky with one another, so it shouldn’t be too much of a stretch to play star-crossed lovers.
