Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, May 17, 2024, tease Nicole drinks her worries away and makes it a whole lot worse. Whoops.
Bad Decisions, Good Decisions
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) is still reeling from her Mother’s Day battle with Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and she turns to the bottle for comfort. A little drink here, a little drink there, and she’s good and liquored up. Unfortunately, she doesn’t make very good decisions in such a state and when Eric (Greg Vaughan) helps her home, things go way, way too far.
Will this throw another wrench in her and Holly’s fractured relationship? Oh, probably. They’ve had a rough time since the teen’s coma and they can’t seem to find a way to bounce back. This stunt Nicole’s pulling will not end well at all.
As for Eric, he gets to spend some time with baby Jude. He truly enjoys parenting his infant son and loves being part of a family unit. Being a dad isn’t easy, though, and John (Drake Hogestyn) offers him a helping hand. There’s no better mentor in the daddy department than John. Eric is lucky to have him as a stepdad.
Begging for Help
Across town, Steve (Stephen Nichols) corners Ava (Tamara Braun) and demands to know Clyde’s (James Read) location. If she knows it, she better tell him and tell him right now! He’s not playing around. It’s high time Clyde be put back behind bars where he belongs and his reign of terror to come to an end.
At the same time, Stefan (Brandon Barash) continues his mission to free his very innocent wife from her life behind bars. After failing to convince EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) to reopen the case, he turns up at Paulina’s (Jackée Harry) office door. Surely, there’s something the Mayor can do, right?
