Days of Our Lives spoilers for November 1, 2023, promise mystery and romance in Salem as Marlena gets a surprise, Nicole and EJ plan to wed, and Tate makes a confession.
Li Has A Big Secret
Marlena (Deidre Hall) was stunned when Li (Remington Hoffman) walked into her office disheveled and distressed. He was still obsessed with Gabi (Camila Banus) and didn’t know how to fix this problem. He even confessed to being in on the plan for a brainwashed Harris (Steve Burton) to kill Stefan (Brandon Barash).
In her efforts to help Li on a professional level, Marlena decides to dig into his history and comes up with a big surprise. It looks like there was a lot Gabi never checked when she decided to say ‘I do’ with Li. Marrying him was an impulsive move, but it turns out he has a very consequential past.
Meanwhile, Gabi and Stefan decide to target Li in their latest blackmail scheme. They want his DiMera shares but have no idea what they are really walking into.
Wedding Bells Will Ring
Halloween is over and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) is finally ready to marry EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). Sure, they can’t jet off to Rome at the last minute but they can have a wedding right in the DiMera living room. However, news of the upcoming nuptials causes some distress — particularly for Eric (Greg Vaughan).
He knows he would be with Nicole if she were carrying his child but because he thinks the baby belongs to EJ, he plans to marry Sloan (Jessica Serfaty). At least not everyone is sad about Nicole and EJ’s union. Sloan thinks she is this close to finally having Eric all to herself. All she needs is a baby to keep him. Of course, she also needs the truth about Nicole’s bundle of joy to stay hidden.
Tate Tells The Truth
Eric may be sad about Nicole’s wedding, but he still tries to be a good uncle to Tate (Jaime Martin Mann). Since Tate feels he can’t really talk to his dad about things, he opens up to Eric and tells him that he has feelings for Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).
Considering that Holly once called Eric “Dad” when he was married to Nicole, this comes as stunning news to Eric. How can Holly and Tate be so grown up? Will he help Tate get the girl of his dreams?
