Days of Our Lives spoilers for January 5, 2024, promise a day of romance and fear throughout Salem.
Roommate Time For Xarah?
After a New Year’s Eve kiss, Xander (Paul Telfer) is feeling more positive about his life and future with Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). They are spending more time together as co-parents and Sarah has admitted one day they can be more.
Sarah is also spending a lot of time at his apartment with Victoria so it only makes sense for them to have convenience right. To that end, Xander asks Sarah to move in with him. Is she ready for that yet? Will they be platonic for a while like he was with Chloe?
We see a Xarah reunion in the future, but is the future now? Sarah will have a lot to consider, but will Xander be pleased by her answer?
More Trouble For Tate
To protect Holly (Ashley Puzemis), Tate (Jamie Martin Mann) told the cops that he was the one who gave Holly the pills she overdosed on, but he didn’t think he’d spend much time behind bars. Thanks to EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel), all that changes when he has Tate’s bail revoked out of spite.
EJ is looking to make a teenager pay while ignoring the fact that he knows where the drugs are coming from Clyde Weston (James Read). Theresa (Emily O’Brien) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) are forced to comfort and reassure their teenage kid that he will be ok and they will do their best to get these charges dropped.
Bad News For Wendy
Wendy (Victoria Grace) has been all set to make her parents and herself happy by moving back to China — with Tripp (Lucas Adams) by her side. However, it looks as if that’s not meant to be. As Wendy packs, Tripp gives her some bad news.
He is not going to be able to leave Salem now and join her. Does he think he will still move somewhere down the line? Will Wendy head off to China without him, setting themselves up to an ill-fated long-distance romance? Is Ava (Tamara Braun) the reason Tripp decides to stay?
