The world of daytime is full of couples we love, couples we hate, and couples we love to hate. On each show, we have our faves and the ones we can’t wait to see implode. From the love triangles that make The Bold and the Beautiful famous, to the super couples of Days of our Lives and Young and the Restless, and the love games on General Hospital, we can’t get enough. Today, we’re looking into which pair on each show we hope stay in love and which we hope come to a swift end!

Couples We LOVE!

There is no better lovers on B&B than Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). They’ve had their ups and downs but they always pull through and come out stronger than ever. Many have tried over the years to break the up, but their love prevails…and we hope it keeps prevailing.

We can’t imagine DAYS without Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). They’re the last supercouple left on the show and we’re rooting for them to keep that fire burning strong. Their love is pure, sweet, and simply scrumptious to watch. We can’t get enough!

On GH, the show has FINALLY put Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) back together and we’d like it to stay that way. There is no man in the world who loves Maxie like Spinelli does and that guy deserves his happily-ever-after.

Lastly, with Y&R, the answer is obvious: Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden)! They are arguably one of the most popular couples in the soapverse and their undying affection keeps us glued to our screens. There is no better love story than that of Niktor.

Couples That Need to End!

We can feel the hate messages being typed but we have to say, it’s time for B&B’s Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) to dump Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and kick him to the curb. At least until he gets his act together. Brooke deserves better than a guy who will forever have a divided heart.

That same sentiment is carried over to Chanel (Raven Bowens) on DAYS. We were rooting for her and Johnny (Carson Boatman) once upon a time, but that was then and this is now. Our hope is Allie comes home and steals back her woman! Johnny doesn’t deserve Chanel, anyway.

On the GH front, is anyone else rooting for the end of Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia (Brook Kerr). We love them both, but just not together. Not after all the lies and animosity in their marriage. Put him back with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and have Portia move onto someone new.

The final couple on our chopping block is Y&R’s Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope). Their little trauma bond isn’t doing it for us and they don’t seem to fit. It needs to stop before they get any deeper into this fling.
