Former General Hospital star Haley Pullos (ex-Molly Lansing-Davis) has completed her mandatory three-month jail sentence after pleading no contest to driving under the influence with .08 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) causing bodily injury.

Per the stipulations of the deal hammered out between her lawyer and the state, Pullos was placed on 5 years probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. Her license was also suspended for one year and she must complete a nine-month alcohol education program and undergo mental health treatment.
Presiding Judge Terry Smerling, who also ordered that Pullos pay $8,260 in restitution to 24-year-old Courtney Wilder, whose car she collided head-on with on the 134 Ventura Freeway in Pasadena, handed down the sentence on Monday.
Smerling also warned the embattled actress to never drink and drive again. “God forbid you cause an accident in the future and somebody dies, you will be charged with murder.”
About an hour after the hearing, Pullos emerged from a side gate of the Pasadena courthouse where she told DailyMail.com: “I’m very happy to be going home.”
The outlet further reported that Pullos was greeted by her waiting parents, Alex and Judy Pullos, a “bearded man believed to be one of her two brothers who was holding the family dog,” and Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis, GH), Pullos’ former play mother on the ABC sudser.
Pullos will be taking a two-week trip of the country with her parents later this fall — with Judge Smerling’s blessing, of course.
As previously detailed, in April 2023 Pullos drove her white 2019 Ford Fusion westbound onto the eastbound 134 Freeway and smashed into Courtney Wilder’s Kia which was traveling east at 60mph. The collision was so violent that Pullos had to be extracted from her vehicle via the “jaws of life.”
Responders allegedly found several mini bottles of tequila and edible marijuana wrappers inside Pullos’ vehicle, and reports from the scene claimed that Pullos smelled of alcohol, and had slurred speech, and glassy eyes.
Grahn has been outspoken in her defense of Pullos, writing (in part) in May: “I couldn’t have been more impressed with her strength, her resolve, her accountability. NOT ONE COMPLAINT. Not one ‘Why me’ She’s taking it all and it’s ALL beyond horrible… with stoicism & grace. I am SO incredibly proud of her. And I’d like to add that the guards and deputies at Lynwood prison couldn’t have been nicer. Special shout out to Warren. I’d also like to add that much of what you read about her was not true. She’s always been respectful, an A student, never got into a lick of trouble ever & made a terrible terrible mistake 1 night…

“It is hard to discern the truth when the media is for sale. What’s true is Hayley drank excessively and got in a car. She is paying for that while at the same time assisting her victim in getting as much compensation as possible. Thank God all party’s have and will survive.”
Pullos still faces a civil trial stemming from a lawsuit filed by Wilder, the driver of the car whom she plowed into. According to court documents, Pullos denied “generally and specifically each and every allegation” made in said suit and argued alongside her attorney that the crash itself was “proximately caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of plaintiffs.”
The defense is also alleging that Wilder’s injuries were “either wholly or in part, intentionally or negligently caused by person, firms, corporation, or entities” that were outside of Pullos’ control.
