On Monday, embattled actress Haley Pullos, who played Molly Lansing-Davis on General Hospital from July 2009 until May 2023, was sentenced to 90 days in L.A. County Jail after pleading no contest to one of several charges leveled against her — driving under the influence with .08 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) causing bodily injury.
Haley Pullos’ Sentencing
Per TMZ, once her three-month incarceration concludes, Pullos will be placed on 5 years probation and have to perform 200 hours of community service. Her license will also be suspended for one year.
The outlet also reported that, per the terms of Pullos’ plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop the other two charges she was facing, namely, felony DUI causing bodily injury and misdemeanor hit and run.
As previously reported, in April 2023 Pullos drove her white 2019 Ford Fusion westbound onto the eastbound 134 Freeway and smashed into Courtney Wilder’s Kia which was traveling east at 60mph. The collision was so violent that Pullos had to be extracted from her vehicle via the “jaws of life.”
Responders allegedly found several mini bottles of tequila and edible marijuana wrappers inside Pullos’ vehicle, and reports from the scene claimed that Pullos smelled of alcohol, and had slurred speech, and glassy eyes.
Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis, GH), Pullo’s play-mother of nearly fourteen years, said on X: “As Haley’s TV mom I can tell some truths about her as I’ve loved her since she was a little girl. She made a HUGE mistake, knows it, owns it & has spent the last yr doing EVERYTHING imaginable to take responsibility 4 it.”
Pullos still faces a civil trial stemming from a lawsuit filed by Wilder, the driver of the car whom she plowed into. According to court documents, Pullos denied “generally and specifically each and every allegation” made in said suit and argued alongside her attorney that the crash itself was “proximately caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of plaintiffs.”
The defense is also alleging that Wilder’s injuries were “either wholly or in part, intentionally or negligently caused by person, firms, corporation, or entities” that were outside of Pullos’ control.
