General Hospital spoilers for for Friday, March 8, 2024, tease Carly doing her best to stay level while everything around her twists and turns.
Previously On GH: Dante had extensive damage but made it through the surgery. Sonny was blindsided by Jason’s image on the screen, and more so to realize he may be the sniper. Spinelli and Maxie were the same. Spinelli did managed to delete the footage when the feds busted in and threatened to arrest them. Additionally, Laura, Carly and Drew took care of the teens at the Quartermaine mansion. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
A Bombshell Drops
There isn’t much that shocks Carly (Laura Wright) these days. She’s seen and lived through way too much drama in Port Charles (and even before) to hear something so outlandish it stops her in her tracks. Yet, here she is, stunned beyond words.
Of course, it’s understandable all things considered. It’s not often the world flips like this. She has to wonder, though, what comes next? What will happen now? How will this all play out?
Land Of Confusion
Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) gets an update on John’s (Adam Harrington) investigation. They know all about the “who” but they need to know the “why.” Why in the world would Jason (Steve Burton) side with the enemy? What’s the reason for all this? Why is he hiding the fact he’s alive?
At the same time, Michael (Chad Duell) all but begs Dex (Evan Hofer) to stay in town. Dex knew it was risky coming back, but it was lucky he did. If he and Joss (Eden McCoy) didn’t arrive when they did things could be much, much worse. However, that may not be enough to save him from Sonny’s rage.
Hard Talks
Watch for Nina (Cynthia Watros) to corner Ava (Maura West) and we’re sure things will turn ugly fast. We’re sure Nina isn’t going to like how close Ava and Sonny have gotten lately.
At the same time, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) vents to Diane (Carolyn Hennesy). She has to get a few things off her chest and there’s nothing like opening up to a friend to help ease that tension. Plus, Diane does give great advice.
