General Hospital spoilers for October 27, 2023, promise confrontation time for Trina, catch-up time for Alexis and Laura, and cabin time for Elizabeth and Finn.
Trina’s Worst Nightmare
It’s been nearly three years since Cyrus (Jeff Kober) broke into Portia (Brook Kerr) and Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) home holding them both hostage right in their own living room. Cyrus even shot Curtis (Donnell Turner) point blank in the chest right in front of them and it took Portia and Trina months to emotionally recover from the ordeal.
And maybe they never recovered. Portia had a visceral reaction to seeing Cyrus out of prison and in the hospital and now it’s Trina’s turn to see him. Did anyone even tell her that he was released from Pentonville?
Cyrus claims he wants to make amends because he’s found God and Trina is a very forgiving person, but is she forgiving enough or will she give Cyrus a piece of her mind just as her mother did? Meanwhile, Austin (Roger Howarth) is set to lose his cool. Does he show Cyrus his temper once again after Cyrus is done talking to Trina?
Laura Gets Around Town
Laura (Genie Francis) has been making the rounds since her return to Port Charles and finally gets a chance to visit with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and find out how Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) is doing. She left Esme in her care, so to speak, when she left to find Nikolas (Adam Huss) in Europe. What will Alexis report? She seems to like Esme, but can she really trust her?
Alexis also gets Cassadine news and learns that her nephew is alive and well. He just doesn’t want to be found and Laura is determined to accept that for now. Maybe someone should mention Laura’s findings to Ava (Maura West).
The Fiz Cabin Trip
It’s finally time for Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) first weekend away together after more than two years of the show trying to throw them together. They still have not had sex although Terry (Cassandra James) is trying to encourage it.
Finn brings Elizabeth to his friend’s cabin on Friday and she is set to learn a brand-new skill. Does she learn how to start a fire or tie a knot? Does Finn think she needs to know this despite her already raising three boys? Will this trip lead to anything happening between them or will they finally realize they are much better off as friends?
