General Hospital spoilers for for November 20-24, 2023 promise a week full of consequential choices topped off with a Q Thanksgiving to remember.
Monday, November 20
In Monday’s GH recap, Ned learned that nothing has changed with Michael and Drew.
Carly (Laura Wright) already decided not to take Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) money or Michael’s (Chad Duell) money to buy back the Metro Court, but she still has a decision to make and meets with Nina (Cynthia Watros) to see what can be worked out.
Ned (Wally Kurth) is back at work at ELQ but is he ready to work with Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Michael (Chad Duell) again considering how they treated him the last time? It looks like the more things change, the more they stay the same when Ned grows irritated.
While Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) counsels Finn (Michael Easton) about his malpractice case, her daughter Kristina (Kate Mansi) gets an unexpected invitation from Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) to attend her recording session.
Tuesday, November 21
In Tuesday’s GH recap, Sonny gave Cyrus a stern warning.
Now that Sonny knows Cyrus (Jeff Kober) is the one who had Ava (Maura West) kidnapped, planted Betty (Ella Lentini) in his home, and had him put in jail for a few days, Sonny confronts Laura’s (Genie Francis) brother and gives him a warning.
Nina pays a visit to Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) to see if the teen will open up to her about why she was really in Anna’s (Finola Hughes) new apartment that fateful night. As for Anna, she is left heartbroken after everything that happened.
Carly is happy when Drew pays her a surprise visit. Will she tell him about her latest plan to get the Metro Court back? Will we head into illegal territory again because some characters never learn?
Wednesday, November 22
Anna and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) come face-to-face for the first time since he told her that he’d known about Charlotte stalking her for weeks. Expect things to get heated between these two (former?) lovers.
Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamrogna) discovers a lead in Anna’s case. Is Jameson Forsyth really the person they are looking for or does he learn something new about Victor (Charles Shaughnessy)?
Jordan (Tanisha Harper) seeks out Laura’s help. Does she know something about Cyrus that the mayor might find interesting? After all, Jordan knows how Cyrus operates better than most.
Thursday, November 23
It’s Thanksgiving in Port Charles and that always means something fun is cooking with the Quartermaine clan. This year, Lois’s (Rena Sofer) mother Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) pays a visit, but will she enjoy the pizza everyone will inevitably have to eat?
Kristina invites Blaze to Alexis’s house for the holiday. Does that mean they may be headed to more than friendship sometime soon?
Anna needs some cheering up this year and spends the holiday with Robert (Tristan Rogers) when her ex has a big surprise for her. Wouldn’t it be amazing if that surprise was Robin or Emma — or both?
Valentin will be without Anna this Thanksgiving, but he wants to be there for Charlotte. However, he needs to hear the truth from her first so he confronts her as gently as he can.
Finally, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody (Josh Kelly) are out and about when they get asked if they are dating. What will Sasha say since the ball is in her court?
Friday, November 24
