General Hospital spoilers for October 24, 2023, promise a day of mayhem in Port Charles as Marty has to accept what he did to Nina while Michael makes a choice. Plus, things get testy at Deception and Cyrus does what Cyrus does best.
Nina Can’t Trust Marty
When Nina (Cyntia Watros) asked Marty (Michael E. Knight) to be her lawyer and go-between to anonymously turn in Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) for insider trading, she expected him to adhere to attorney-client privilege. Sadly, after a small threat from Michael (Chad Duell), he caved and confirmed Nina was the one who reported the crime.
Nina now knows Marty betrayed her trust on both a personal and professional level and chews him out for having a big mouth. He could lose his law license over this, as well as a lot of money if Nina decides to sue him.
Meanwhile, Michael ponders what to do with his newfound info despite the fact that he and Carly mistakenly believed knowing the tipster’s name was the key to freeing Drew.
New Deception Ladies at Work
With Tracy (Jane Elliot) now owning 51% of Deception with the intention of having Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) take over and run the company, Lucy (Lynn Herring) wants to have a chat with Tracy and see how she wants to handle things.
Lucy is not fully aware of Tracy’s big plans for the company that Lucy launched but Tracy is about to tell her. Since these two women have never gotten along, expect both humor and fireworks as a battle of wills takes place.
Cyrus is Back in Action
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is happy to be out of jail spouting bible verses to anyone who will listen. That doesn’t mean his newfound faith in God has made him a completely new man.
After a confrontation with Portia (Brook Kerr), a woman he held hostage in her own home, Cyrus issues a threat, but to whom does he issue it? He still has a lot of enemies and considers Sonny (Maurice Benard) his number one nemesis. He definitely hates the fact that Laura (Genie Francis) likes Sonny more than she likes her own brother.
Does he dare aim his threats in Sonny’s direction, or does he keep things closer to home with Mason (Nathanyael Grey) and Austin (Roger Howarth)?
