General Hospital spoilers for October 20, 2023, promise fireworks between Spencer and Esme, some Cassadine surprises, and Dante and Alexis’ very bad day.
Spencer Needs to Make Some Choices
Trina (Tabyana Ali) is finally speaking up about how she feels about Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) living arrangement with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). Spencer is officially her man now and she wants to come first and not have Esme and Ace’s (Jay and Joey Clay) needs come before hers. She also needs him to understand Ace is not his son.
Now that Spencer knows that Trina is mad and not going to take it anymore, Spencer has to establish some boundaries with Esme. Maybe he will even decide to find his own place, something Esme won’t be happy about considering her crush on Spencer and all the help he gives her with Ace. Esme is also not happy that Spencer thinks she can’t take care of her child by herself. The two argue, but who will win this battle of wills?
Dante and the Davis Girls Feel the Angst
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is not happy to have nothing to do since being placed on administrative leave for shooting Mason (Nathanyael Grey) in the back outside of Port Charles’ police jurisdiction. Dante is also frustrated because he feels hamstrung in his quest to help Anna (Finola Hughes).
GH spoilers also say that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn( is disheartened. She is trying her best to use The Invader to fight injustice so does that mean she didn’t get much from her judge interview to save a misguided Drew (Cameron Mathison)? The judge doesn’t look like he gets tripped up so easily.
Alexis’ BFF also has a big day as Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) have a heart-to-heart about their relationship or lack thereof.
Valentin Won’t Win Father of the Year
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) finally told Laura (Genie Francis) what Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) has been up to of late and she was stunned to hear her teenage granddaughter could be a little arsonist. She wants Valentin to get Charlotte some help immediately, but she also knows Victor’s influence is hard to break.
Too bad Valentin’s idea of getting his daughter help seems to mean presenting her with surprises. The last one was a brand-new house to live in, so what will it be this time?
