General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, June 4, 2024, tease a couple’s coupledom in jeopardy, a reputation at stake, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a minute of this brand-new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers

Just when it seemed that Finn (Michael Easton) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) were getting back on track, the former goes and rebuffs the latter — we can only assume cruelly. But what precipitates the doctor’s actions? Another nip at that whiskey? Another, presumed, swipe at his ability to parent?

Speaking of Chase men, look for Chase — Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), that is — to lean on his newly minted missus. How nice to see Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) taking “In good times, and in bad times,” to heart.

Meanwhile, Drew (Cameron Mathison) takes Carly (Laura Wright) by surprise, no doubt with his decision to run for Congressman McConkey’s seat. Oh, and probably the suggestion that he adopt the Quartermaine name.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers have John (Adam J. Harrington) threatening to make an arrest, and Anna (Finola Hughes) coming to a horrifying realization — might the two be connected? After all, John has deluded himself into suspecting that Anna and Brennan (Charles Mesure) are working in consort. Maybe it’s the Comish that he threatens to put in cuffs. And it would just kill Anna (metaphorically speaking, of course) to think that she’s suspected of betraying her comrades…again.
