Not only is Billy plotting to go after Victor (Eric Braeden) and take his former father-in-law down once and for all, he’s not going it alone. Billy has recruited Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to help him do his dirty work. Talk about a match made in hell!
If there’s one thing we know about these two it’s they’re not exactly famous for thinking before acting. They dive into these sinister little schemes and jump the gun more often than not. They aren’t careful, they don’t think things through, and they stir pots that don’t need stirred.

We have to wonder what Billy-Boy has up his sleeve and what leverage he believes he can get on The Mustache. The Great Victor Newman has managed to best the worst of the worst and the best of the best villains to ever hit Genoa City. To him, Billy is nothing but a small fish trying to swim with the sharks.
Will we be shocked and see the downfall of the Genoa City Patriarch? Billy and Phyllis are tough and resilient but Victor always has more than a few tricks up his sleeve. Once he gets a whiff of their plan, he’ll make his move and we’re sure Billy will regret so much as uttering Victor’s name.
