Adam and Chelsea took things way too far during their most recent trip to see Connor on The Young and the Restless. A drink led to a hug which led to a kiss…which, of course, led to some hot action in the sheets. Now, the pair share a secret they’ve sworn to take to their grave and Mark Grossman has some thoughts on how this should all play out.
Mark Grossman Speaks Out
Recently, Mark Grossman touched base with Soap Opera Digest to discuss his alter-ego’s shameful scandal. Admittedly, the soap star wasn’t a fan of his character cheating. “Honestly, my first reaction … I wasn’t thrilled that they were going to cheat,” He told the publication. Grossman went on to say that he eventually came around. “Once I read the storyline, it made sense that [the circumstances] would lead someone to be unfaithful.”
What about Adam and Sally? Well, for now, the Newman heir has no plans on leaving his favorite gal pal. “Adam and Sally have been through so much and it took a lot for them to finally get back together again. Adam loves Sally, so for something like this to happen is heartbreaking. Adam knows if Sally finds out about this, it would crush her and she probably wouldn’t want to be with him anymore because the trust is gone.”
That isn’t to say this affair is a one-and-done, though. Mark Grossman shared that Adam and Chelsea would remain close in the coming weeks, and maybe even sense a few sparks lingering between them. “Maybe Adam and Chelsea will start having feelings again. I just don’t know, so I’m really curious to see what will happen next.”
