The Young and the Restless spoilers for for December 13, 2023, promise a very happy Heather, the search for the truth, and a family understanding.
Heather Goes After What She Wants
Knowing Lily (Christel Khalil) is out of town for an extended stay with her daughter, Heather (Vail Bloom) makes herself comfortable as Daniel’s (Michael Graziadei) new companion. She even makes herself quite at home in his new place after a meal at Society.
It’s clear that Heather still wants Daniel, but being a man, he is oblivious and thinks they are nothing but friendly co-parents to teenage Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Brient). Their time as a couple is over and he likes things the way they are. Heather does not and with Lily out of the way, she plans to change that.
The Truth is Out There
Now that Michael (Christian LeBlanc) has met with Claire (Hayley Erin) and made sure she will take a DNA test as long as she gets legal help, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) brace themselves for some answers. Could this be the baby they thought died at just a few days old all those years ago?
They vow to get to the bottom of things one way or another and both feel the need to help Claire no matter what the DNA test says. Too bad they still can’t find Jordan (Colleen Zenk), as she could very well put a crimp in everyone’s plans — including Claire’s.
Cousins Unite?
Everyone seems happy to have Nate (Sean Dominic) back at Chancellor-Winters, especially with Lily now needing to take a leave of absence. Devon (Bryton James) wasn’t sure if he could ever trust Nate again after what he did the last time they worked together, but he seemed both contrite and sincere when he asked for his job back.
On Wednesday, Nate and Devon come to an agreement. Will Nate have a bigger role with the company now that Lily is gone? Does Nate understand that still doesn’t mean he is in charge? He needs to answer to Devon and never go rogue again. Can Nate agree to that?
