While Paris hasn’t exactly proven conducive to Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) overall health, Traci (Beth Maitland) has certainly gotten something out of it — a new friend, and perhaps something more, in Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins). Look for these two to grow ever closer as they tour “The City of Love.”
Back in Genoa City, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) struggles to reconcile her firstborn with not-so-wee Katie who’s bound and determined not to give Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) the grace that most of the family has extended. How very cousin Summer (Allison Lanier) of her!
Elsewhere, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) come together and compare notes on Adam (Mark Grossman). Neither one is particularly pleased by Victor’s (Eric Braeden) scheme to install Adam in Nikki’s stead, and they intend to put a halt to any nefarious tricks that Adam may have up his sleeve.
Speaking of Victor and his machinations, the Mustache takes great delight in playing hardball with Kyle (Michael Mealor) whom he’d love to see as Audra’s (Zuleyka Silver) second-in-command at Glissade — but only if he’ll serve at Victor’s pleasure. Sort of like a puppet on a string. But is dancing to Victor’s tune preferable to clashing with his mother night and noon at Jabot?
