Friday’s edition of The Young and the Restless promises to be dramatic. Tucker McCall is out for revenge and share part of his secret plan with an ally. Phyllis’ attempt to make amends backfires, leaving her crushed. And Billy digs for damaging information. Here’s a sneak peek of the Sept. 22, 2023 episode.
Tucker Plays Cat And Mouse With Billy
After his breakup with Ashley, Tucker has revenge on the mind. His main targets is the Abbotts and their company Jabot. He wants to destroy their legacy by taking away Jabot. Tucker’s been secretive about his plan so far, but he lets a certain someone in on the action. This person will be intrigued by Tucker’s idea and could become his new ally as he moves forward with the next phase.
Meanwhile, Billy is deadset on getting Tucker out of town. His initial plan of using Devon created conflict between Billy and Jack. Since Jack is against the idea of interfering in Tucker and Devon’s relationship, Billy comes up with another idea. Billy begins snooping around for damaging information to use against Tucker. He hopes any vital info can be used as blackmail to drive Tucker out of town. His search will have Billy meeting with his longtime nemesis Adam Newman. Billy remembered Adam mentioned discovering a secret about Tucker, and tries to get Adam to divulge the details. But that’s easier said than done. Given the bad blood between the two men, Adam might not give Billy the time of day. Will Billy and Adam manage to be civil long enough for Billy to score info about Tucker?
Phyllis Tries To Make Amends With Jack
Phyllis is trying to turn over a new leaf, but is having difficulty. She’s have another challenge when she meets with Jack in hopes of making amends. The meeting doesn’t go the way Phyllis hoped with Jack giving her the cold shoulder. He still hasn’t forgiven Phyllis for faking her death. Her heartless scheme almost got Diane sent to prison, and destroyed Summer and Kyle’s marriage.
Phyllis will come away feeling worse than before. When Phyllis isn’t in the right frame of mind, she makes reckless decisions. She’s about to make a huge one when she meets Tucker later to talk about their deal. Phyllis agreed to hack into Billy’s records because she’s desperate for money. But she is having second thoughts about her and Tucker’s arrangement. Phyllis’ run-in with Jack could influence her decision of whether to work for Tucker.
Kyle Faces An Uncertain Future
Bad luck seems to be a common theme in Kyle’s life. He faced two setbacks when Audra dumped him, then fired him from Newman Media per Nikki’s orders. With no job or girlfriend, Kyle is left questioning his future. A pep talk from Victor has Kyle considering a return to his family’s company Jabot. Kyle will broach the subject to his father, but will Jack give him the answer he wants.
Later Kyle tries to convince Audra to give their relationship another shot. He fell head over heels for the sultry businesswoman and believes they’re a good match. However, Audra will be honest with Kyle about her feelings. She’ll tell him their affair has run its course and it’s time to move on. Kyle will definitely be feeling a dose of karma after getting dumped by Audra. His affair with Audra contributed to the end of his marriage to Summer. With Audra now out of the picture, Kyle will reflect on his and Summer’s relationship. Although they said there was no going back, maybe Kyle’s not ready to give up on his wife.
