A few weeks after Crew Morrow began his tenure as Will Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful, his play pops, Don Diamont (Bill Spencer; ex-Brad Carlton, The Young and the Restless), shared a snap on social media of the two of them posing with Morrow real-life dad, Y&R leading man Joshua Morrow (Nicholas Newman).

Diamont wrote of the meetup: “I still remember first day on Young & Restless 30 years ago. Thirty years later his son, Crew is playing my son on Bold & Beautiful, and killing it! Crazy! Now Crew has his father and his daddy!”

In the comments section, Crew responded: “Love ya Dollar Dad. Anyone else want a crossover episode?” The overwhelming response? Yes, please! But how to best accomplish that goal?
What If Joshua Morrow Was Los Angeles Bound?
If Morrow had his way, his alter-ego would leg it to the City of Angels and get up close and personal with leggy Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) — her marriage to the Dudley Do-Right-esque Finn (Tanner Novlan) be damned!
And while that setup alone would certainly make for a messy love triangle (perhaps one of the most delicious staples of the soap genre), there’s the little matter of Steffy’s ex-lover, Dollar Bill — a man who’s never more interested in a lady than when another takes her…and you can imagine how alluring Steff would be with two men sniffing around her!

Don Diamont Makes A Return Trip To Genoa City
Then again, nothing would be sweeter than seeing Diamont back at Y&R, his old stomping grounds…and Bill’s had business in Genoa City before! In fact, he’s rubbed shoulders (and in one flame-haired businesswoman’s case, perhaps a bit more) with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), former Los Angelino Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) in the past.
Perhaps this go around he’ll be taking meetings with the best and brightest that Newman Enterprises and its various subsidiaries and satellite companies have to offer…and with Nicholas too!
Everybody Wants A Crossover
Whatever the case, fans would no doubt thrill to a clash of the titans. And the meta implications are delightfully boggling. It would certainly be a crossover for the ages.
