* Grace Point, a new action thriller starring Y&R alum Sean Carrigan (ex-Ben “Stitch” Rayburn) is hitting on-demand and digital platforms January 28.
The film concerns “a young man on his way to a remote drug rehab [who] finds himself in a strange town being chased by the locals, as well as his own personal demons.” Edward Barbanell and Harlan Drum round out the main ensemble.

* Sean Kannan (Deacon Sharpe, The Bold and the Beautiful) announced on Instagram that costar and reel-life wife Kimberlin Brown (Sheila Carter) will join him and real-life spouse Michelle on February 8 at the Westfield Shoppingtown Barnes & Noble store in Palm Desert, California.
Brown will moderate a Q&A session prior to the Kannans’ signing their co-authored tome, Way of the COBRA Couple, the third entry in Sean’s COBRA series:
* With Chad Duell’s last episode as Michael (for the time being) soon to air, Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos, General Hospital) has gotten a bit nostalgic.
The actor recently took to Facebook with a delightful throwback to days gone by with Chad and Bryan Craig (ex-Morgan Corinthos) which he captioned: “I had so much fun with these two nonstop laughing, but when it came to acting, it was serious business.”
