Days of our Lives Recap
Monday, June 10th
Konstantin (John Kapelos) told the horrifying tale of killing Victor and laughed in everyone’s faces, even with John’s gun on him. Not to be outdone, he pulled out a gun too…and took Theresa (Emily O’Brien) hostage. He shot Steve (Stephen Nichols) on his way out the door. Poor Maggie, beside herself with grief, collapsed and was taken to bed.
Sarah and John jumped on helping Steve while Xander (Paul Telfer), Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), and Brady (Eric Martsolf) chased down Konstantin. Brady pulled his gun on Konstantin but couldn’t bring himself to pull the trigger. Xander snatched it up and pointed it right at The Kon.
Xander provided just enough distraction for Theresa to get out of Konstantin’s grip, but only for a moment. He wrapped his hands around her neck and choked her. It all came crashing down when Xander pull the the trigger and shot The Kon!
Back inside, John (Drake Hogestyn) spotted The Pawn card and became overwhelmed with demands from Konstantin in his head. He eventually pointed it straight at Steve!
Tuesday, June 11th
John nearly shot Steve but a ringing phone saved the day and he snapped out of it. Steve was rushed to the hospital where Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) met him and laid into him for plotting this all out without her. As for John, he told Marlena (Deidre Hall)he needed to go to Greece…ALONE…to make amends.
Marlena touched base with Stephanie (Abigail Klein) to deliver news of Everett. He wasn’t doing well and there was talks of transferring him. Kayla gave much the same update to Jada (Elia Cantu).
Jada’s next stop was to the Kiriakis grounds where she dealt with the aftermath of Konstantin’s death. Xander was taken for questioning and released. He wouldn’t face charges, thankfully. When they got back to the mansion, Xander toasted Victor’s portrait. He killed The Kon for him. Now, he can finally rest in peace.

Now that Sloan’s gone, Eric (Greg Vaughan) sees no reason to stay married…or in the apartment. A visit to Roman (Josh Taylor) got him a new room above the pub, and a trip to EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) cemented the divorce proceedings.
Dealing with Eric’s divorce drama wasn’t the only thing on EJ’s plate. He giggled over an article defaming Paulina (Jackée Harry) which caused a rift with Chanel (Raven Bowens) who happened to overhear.
As for Paulina, she was at home with Abe (James Reynolds) throwing herself a pity party over the state of her and Chanel’s relationship. More bad news came when Abe got word there was an organization out to oust his wife as Mayor.
It was a fun day for Leo (Greg Rikaart) who met a new shirtless friend, Mark. Too bad he’s straight. Great news is he’s Chanel’s doctor…and Felicity’s brother. Later, Leo ran to Marlena to cry about being unlovable.
Thursday, June 13th
On this episode of Days of our Lives Chad told Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) about Clyde’s obnoxious claim Abigail is alive. They agreed it’s probably a lie…but what if it isn’t? Could it actually be true that he’s hiding her. As for Clyde, he was at the station being grilled by Rafe over Li’s murder and setting up Gabi. He wasn’t spilling without a deal. Later, Chad showed up and the men faced off. Clyde demanded Chad’s help in exchange for answers.
Speaking of Gabi, Stefan (Brandon Barash) told Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) he was going to bust his wife out of prison. She squashed those plans. They had a deal and she demanded he keep up his end. A free and clear Gabi in exchange for the CEO spot.
Johnny finally came clean with Chanel about being offered his dream job. This led to an honest discussion about their hopes, their dreams, and what they really want for their future. In the end, Johnny took the job.
Lucas surprised his mom by showing up at the pub. She was happy to see him…until she realized he was still a fugitive. Oops, time to go back into hiding, son. Lucas surprised her by choosing prison over the monetary. Lucas then went to say hello, and goodbye, to Julie. Luckily, by the end of the day, Lucas was deemed free anyway. Yay!
Friday, June 14th
Paulina spent her morning trying to stem the hate against her while Abe ran off to confront EJ about the committee trying to take down his wife. Yes, EJ admitted, he was at the head of the movement. Sadly, Paulina’s day went downhill from there when Chanel arrived and informed her about the move to L.A. Meanwhile, Johnny told Marlena about the plans.
Kristen informed Stefan their deal was dead. She convinced the board to hire her. She did offer him a parting gift in the form of money to help him go on the run with Gabi. Then, Kristen ran off to rub her new job in EJ’s face. As for Stefan, he found the DNA result proving EJ isn’t Jude’s daddy!
Chad updated Julie that Clyde gave him a clue. The road to Abigail sits in a safety deposit box. Julie offered to go with him to check it out. Unfortunately, Thomas (Cary Christopher) overheard some of their conversation and questioned Chad about his mommy being alive.
