DAYS continues its 60th season in dramatic style, and we have the inside scoop on what’s to come over the next two weeks! The action is heating up and you won’t want to miss a moment.
Days of our Lives October 25 – November 29
Monday, November 25th
This week kicks off with Johnny sitting at EJ‘s (Dan Feuerriegel) feet, desperately soaking up the elder’s wisdom — because if anybody knows about adulterous affairs and the drama they can wreck, it’s EJ!
Opposite, Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) pleads with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) not to go tattle what she told him — namely, that she and Johnny did the horizontal mambo. But will Alex be able to keep such hot goss to himself? Especially when it’s hot goss that could take Johnny down a peg or two and prevent his costar (and one-time bedmate) from living a lie?
Tuesday, November 26th
It’s Thanksgiving in Salem, and in keeping with the spirit of the season, Justin (Wally Kurth) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) give of their time to the local food shelter.
At the same time, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) celebrate her return home and the (slight) progress made in the regaining of her mobility.
Wednesday, November 27th
Having grown tired of playing the villain in everybody else’s story, EJ spends his Hump Day up in Gabi’s grill demanding an apology. He is very much not the one responsible for her marriage breaking up, and he resents the Hell out of her accusation. What’s more, Ms. Hernandez had better make this right, or EJ intends to make her life a misery…and it’s not that good to begin with.
Meanwhile, Leo (Greg Rikaart) and Javi (Al Calderon) remain on the outs, this despite the former going to the latter and *GASP* apologizing for his rash, hurtful accusation.
Thursday, November 28th
With Doug’s passing (at the age of 98) Julie’s (Susan Seaforth Hayes) world is shattered, her sense of being lost, her (metaphorical) right off cut off. How will she manage to soldier on without the love of her life?
Luckily for Julie, she’ll have recent returnees Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Rose (Melissa Reeves) to lean on. Unluckily for Cat (AnnaLynne McCord), slap-happy Jen is on the warpath where she’s concerned.
Friday, November 29th
The week concludes with Salem learning of Doug’s death and Marlena (Deidre Hall) sharing news with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) about John — and it’s not good. In fact, she’s very, very worried. Worried enough to take on the shady bureaucrats at the WSB.
Days of our Lives December 2 – December 6
Monday, December 2nd
While most saw a most distinguished, genteel fellow, there’s no denying that Doug Williams was a bit of a wild one, at least, in his younger days. There were the cons that landed him behind bars, the fact that he was paid to woo Julie and wreck her home with Scott Banning, and all the times he chose a fast buck and/or another woman over “The most beautiful girl in the world.”
Look for all these stories and more to come pouring forth from Eli (Lamon Archey) during a late-night convo with his beloved missus. To say that Lani (Sal Stowers) will be a mite surprised by the *ahem* colorful description of Doug’s past would be an understatement.
Tuesday, December 3rd
Thanks to some deft fingerwork by Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal), the Horton family time capsule — you remember, the one that was dislodged from the chimney some months after the fire that wrecked the home — is opened!
Wednesday, December 4th
While visiting the memorial for his grandparents in Horton Town Square, Steve Olsen (Stephen Schnetzer) runs into Leo and is pleased to make his acquaintance…which can’t be said for most who cross Mr. Stark’s path.
Thursday, December 5th
A mournful Hope (Kristian Alfonso) bids Doug farewell. Later, she’s heartened by the sudden appearance of Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Ciara, who come to cheer her up.
Friday, December 6th
The week wraps with Paulina (Jackée Harry), Lani, and Chanel (Raven Bowens) enjoying family time together, Joy saying goodbye to Alex, and Johnny confronting EJ about Ms. Wesley.
