Lulu is in desperate need of a transplant on General Hospital and the clock is ticking faster than anyone could imagine. Everyone truly thought finding and bringing Lucky home was going to be her saving grace, but that’s not how it went. Poor Lucky is a perfect match but his past is stopping him from being a viable candidate. So, what now?
A General Hospital Rush To Save Lulu
The options aren’t exactly endless anymore. Many in town have been tested and things are looking grim. Will Lulu’s savior be a stranger who gets into an accident and is somehow the right match? Could this happen by mere coincidence? That seems highly unlikely.
Will Lulu get an eleventh-hour call from the donor registry? A miracle like that would solve all the issues. She could be spared from sudden death, come back to herself, and restart her life. It would be the perfect solution. Except, we can’t see it happening if he hasn’t already.

General Hospital Family & Friends
The obvious answer would be someone else in Lulu’s family stepping up to save her. What about her children? Yes, they are young but surely they’d want to help bring their mother home? It may be worth looking into more and seeing what could happen. While we haven’t seen much of Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) since her daddy up and hightailed it out of town, it’s high time they bring her back, all things considered.
Holly (Emma Samms) is back in Port Charles and she’s making her rounds. Will she be open to getting tested to save Lulu? What a way to get in everyone’s good graces again! No one would be able to call her a villain after she gives up a piece of herself to save another, right?
One of the options we’ve noticed fans exploring online is Sam. With Kelly Monaco soon taking her leave, is saving Lulu the way she’s going to go? Imagine Sam going under the knife to do this good deed and paying the ultimate price when things take a turn and it all goes wrong for her? At the very least, Sam will exit stage left a hero.
Whatever direction this takes, we can’t wait to see what Lulu brings to the canvas when she’s up and about. It’s been a few years since she was in the thick of the drama and she was always good at navigating life in Port Charles. Let’s just hope we don’t lose anyone else along the way!
