The relentless wildfires burning a swath through Los Angeles have displaced thousands and claimed a multitude of properties, including Cameron Mathison’s (Drew Cain, General Hospital; ex-Ryan Lavery, All My Children).

The actor returned to the property in the wake of an evacuation order to document the damage. “This is what’s left of our beautiful home,” he captioned the walkthrough. “Our home where our kids were raised and where they wanted to raise their own someday.”
If there’s a silver lining, it’s that the Mathison family is safe — a point Cameron made clear at the top of his post.
Kate Mansi (Kristina Corinthos, GH) checked in with her Instagram followers and let them know that she and her family were safe following an evacuation to a nearby hotel. GH alum Vaness Marcil (ex-Brenda Barrett) also took to pastures new.
Last night, Eric Braeden (Victor Newman, The Young and the Restless) shared a clip illustrating just how close the flames were to his abode. He captioned the piece: “Behind my house! The worst ever in L.A.!”
Y&R and Bold and Beautiful grad Adrienne Frantz (ex-Amber Moore) extended a no-doubt appreciate offer to friends and family affected by the fires writing on her social media, “I will take care of you, I will make you breakfast. Call me, we’ll be up all night.”
