* Chrishell Stuase (Yasmine ‘Yaz’ Shields, Neighbours; ex-Jordan Ridgeway, Days of our Lives; ex-Amanda Dillon, All My Children et al.) was named one of Variety’s ‘30 Most Powerful Women on Reality TV in 2024.‘
The outlet said of the soaper/Selling Sunset staple: “In addition to creating fun TV, Stause always has BFF Emma Hernan’s back, even when it seems no one else does.”
* Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra, The Young and the Restless/The Bold and the Beautiful) is the new Board Vice President of the Breaking The Chains Foundation (BTCF), a non-profit charity with a mission “to use the power of art and expression to foster creativity, build connections, and create a community in which individuals can thrive.”
In announcing the news, the foundation praised Hope’s “passion, advocacy, creativity, integrity, intelligence, kindness, support, and leadership.”

* The Price is Right is returning to primetime on December 24, at 9PM EST on CBS. The special, titled ‘Holiday Heroes,’ will honor first responders and those serving in the military.
* The Hope and Carter’s successful coup against the Forresters was a shock to be sure, but the most stunning swerve of all was the latter’s sudden undying devotion to the former. But leading man Lawrence Saint-Victor says that it all makes perfect sense to him.
The actor granted to Mariah McKechnie and Monique Forcier, the hosts of Heart and Soul Chats With the Stars podcast that the romance “really is 0 to 60. It’s like, ‘Wow, you guys just met each other and you’re saying I love you?’ Yeah!’ However, there’s a reasonable explanation: Carter and Hope have known each other for over 10 years — and they’re well aware of the good, the bad, and the ugly that the other has experienced.
Adds Saint-Victor: “It’s almost like you skip past so many steps in the dating life when you start dating someone you’ve been friends with for a decade. So it’s a very interesting relationship where you have two people who are kind of almost emotionally fast-tracked to being together for like five years.”
