Eden McCoy Previews Josslyn’s Reunion With Cam On General Hospital

The last time the two crossed paths on General Hospital, it was at Spencer Cassadine’s funeral; now Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Cameron (William Lipton) are once again meeting in the wake of unspeakable tragedy, namely, Dex’s (Evan Hoffer) shock (and suspicious) passing.

In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, McCoy shared that it was her former leading man who let her in on the news that he was set to make a flying visit. “I love this thing they do with him where they bring him back for an episode here and there.”

The actress terms the reunion a “weird, bittersweet thing…Because, obviously, Josslyn cheated on him with Dex, and now Dex is dead. Cam leaves such space for Josslyn in those moments to be vulnerable and to grieve and to be upset in front of him, and not to feel bad [about betraying Cam with Dex]. Their conversation is really beautiful. I think Josslyn feels a lot of gratitude for their friendship and for all of the the time that they got together…

“I am so happy that the show did that. It was so weighted and so beautiful. I was just crying the whole time. I don’t even think I’m crying in the scenes, but I remember that Will, who is such a sweetheart, was just like, ‘I’m just so happy to see you!’ and there I was, crying in between takes. It was a really sweet reunion and I was super-excited that he was there.”
