General Hospital’s Johnny Wactor Cremated and His Remains Given to His Mother

The murder of General Hospital’s Johny Wactor has hit the soap industry hard, and his family even harder. His friends and family have spoken out about his death and even created a campaign to force the city into action and find his killers.

This weekend, TMZ reported that Johnny Wactor’s body was cremated and his remains were given to his mother. Scarlett. As of now, she has taken him home to rest. There is no word on when the family will hold an official funeral or memorial.

Wactor died while shielding a coworker after discovering a group of people robbing his car. He was shot in the chest and died in the arms of his coworker, Anita Joy. So far, the police have not made any leads public or shared any movement in the case.

Johnny was beloved during his time on General Hospital as Brando Corbin. During his two years on the sudser, he made quite an impact on his coworkers and the fandom. His exit from the show had a lasting impact on storylines and in the hearts of viewers.
