This week’s General Hospital recap for March 18 – March 22, 2024, featured a romance torn asunder, a shock surrender, and so much more.
Monday, March 18
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) struggled to reconcile Dex’s (Evan Hofer) intention to follow through with killing Cyrus (Jeff Kober)…. Nina (Cynthia Watros) implored Ava (Maura West) to intercede on her behalf with Sonny (Maurice Benard).
Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) strategized on how to get the latter’s license to practice law restored…. Stella (Vernee Watson), Marshall (Robert Gossett), Curtis (Donnell Turner), and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) attempted to reckon with the injustice visited upon Marshall and all marginalized persons.
Lois (Rena Sofer) stepped up for Olivia (Lisa LoCicero)…. Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Stella tangled before taking a pause and making amends.
Tuesday, March 19
John (Adam Harrington) gave Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) a hard time over Jason (Steve Burton) and then headed off to question Danny; Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) warned him away.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) told Jason that John was gunning for him and his loved ones…. Josslyn boohooed to Carly (Laura Wright) about Dex and got a crash course in mob life…. Natalia (Eva LaRu) sat down with Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) and bemoaned her handling of Blaze’s (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) coming out.
Dex told Anna all about the hit he was ready to carry out on Sonny’s behalf; she refused to bring Sonny up on charges — for Dex’s sake. Dex implored her to think of him should she ever build a case against Sonny.
Wednesday, March 20
Anna and John belted back the hard stuff and commiserated over mistakes of the past…. James helped to change Tracy’s opinion of Cody (Josh Kelly)…. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) worried that Alexis will fall off the wagon if she fails to regain her law license…. Sonny and Natalia bonded over the perils of parenting.
Thursday, March 21
Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) is forced to jump into action when the hospital’s system flagged the antibiotics that Willow pilfered…. When Deception lost out on lucrative synergy due to Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) overly “wholesome” image, Lucy (Lynn Herring) blew her stack resulting in Cody reigning and Sasha considering giving up her position as spokesmodel…. Drew (Cameron Mathison) offered a flabbergasted Nina the reigns of Crimson.
Friday, March 22
Sasha resigned from Deception with immediate effect despite Maxie (Kirsten Storms), Brook Lynn, and Lucy’s attempts to convince her otherwise. Brook Lynn blamed Lucy, and Maxie blasted her…. Diane advocated for Alexis to Robert (Tristan Rogers)…. Cody implored Olivia to look after herself…. Jason phones Diane and surrenders to authorities; Chase (Josh Swickard) read him his rights.
