General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 11 – 15th, 2024, tease Good news comes Laura’s way, Holly stirs the pot, Jason goes ballistic, and Drew learns his fate.
General Hospital Spoilers
Monday, November 11th
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is a grieving mother and could use all the support she can get. Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) runs straight to her best friend to give her a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear. Sam’s loss cuts deep and Alexis will never get over her. All Diane can do is sit with her and be her rock.
Opposite this, we have Drew (Cameron Mathison) checking in on Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Hasn’t he already messed her life up enough? No, of course not. Drew just can’t help himself. Nina’s daughter is way too irresistible to stay away. Will this lead to another round of forbidden lust?

Tuesday, November 12th
Holly (Emma Samms) puts Anna (Finola Hughes) on the spot with a bombshell request. She’s only been back in town a few weeks and she’s caused mess after mess. Is she going to try to clean up some of the destruction? Or, is what she’s asking of Anna a little more out of left field?
Meanwhile, over at the hospital, Laura (Genie Francis) and Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) get some fabulous news. Does this mean we’ll soon see Lulu open her eyes? She’s come out of surgery with flying colors so it shouldn’t be long now before she starts coming around. Port Charles could use some joy right now.
Wednesday, November 13th
General Hospital spoilers tease the voting is done and the election results roll into Port Charles. Drew learns the fate of his election and it will shock you! Will he get his way and start a whole new career in politics? Or, will he go back to the office with his tail between his legs?
That same day, fireworks explode between Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Nina (Cynthia Watros). Maxie has a lot of patience for people making mistakes but she’s fed up with Nina. Enough is enough. It’s high time Nina take a long look in the mirror and work on herself. Maxie isn’t going to put up with her for much longer.
Thursday, November 14th
Speaking of showdowns, Jason’s (Steve Burton) about to have a fit of his own. He completely loses his cool on Thursday and it’s going to be a sight to see. Much like Maxie, he’s normally calm, cool, and collected. Just wait until you see what sets him off and has his temper flaring.
At she same time, Alexis puts Kristina (Kate Mansi) on notice. She has a warning for her daughter and expects her to listen up and listen good. The family has been through more than enough lately and she can’t have even one more thing to worry about. It’s time for Kristina to do what mommy says.
Friday, November 15th
As the week comes to a close, the drama heats up. Tensions rise between Jason and Carly (Laura Wright) when he completely and utterly stonewalls her. Knowing Jason, this is for Carly’s own good but we all know she won’t see it that way. She’s a woman on a mission and she’s not going to let anyone, including Jason get in her way.
Watch for an offer to come Isaiah’s (Sawandi Wilson) way. Will this be a former job offer from the hospital? The doctor is very much in demand and wants nothing more than to be in an operating room. He’d be a great addition to the staff, that’s for sure. Let’s hope that’s what it is and not something that will take him away from Port Charles.
