It turns out that mother really does know best — and Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) failure to heed Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) warning to break contact with Drew (Cameron Mathison) seems poised to bite her in the behind. Michael (Chad Duell) has filed for divorce — and custody of the children — igniting a “huge fight.”
Cut to Isaiah (Swandi Wilson) declaring to Portia (Brook Kerr), “There is someone in this hospital who’s killing people.”
Meanwhile, while Jason (Steve Burton) explains to someone in voice-over that “This isn’t like anything we’ve ever seen,” Cyrus (Jeff Kober) boards an elevator and glowers at Portia.
