Monday, August 5th
The week kicks off with Ava (Maura West) in the hot seat…obviously. She’s in a whole world of trouble for Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) plunge from the window. She can claim it wasn’t her fault all she wants but it wasn’t it Ava who pushed her and is the reason she slipped on the duffel bag and nearly fell to her death? Yes. Yes, it was.
Don’t think Molly (Kristen Vaganos) will take this incident lightly. She’s beyond worried and upset and targets Sonny (Maurice Benard) with her rage. If it wasn’t for him and his antics, Kristina wouldn’t have been in this position in the first place. It’s time he fixes his own life and stops putting his kids in the middle of his drama.
Tuesday, August 6th
The drama kicks into high gear when Anna (Finola Hughes) makes an arrest. Is this about Kristina’s case or is she going after someone else? She’s juggling many files and she needs to start closing some of those up. May this arrest be the start of many. It’s time to clean up those mean Port Charles streets.
While Kristina’s family prays for a miracle, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) get a reason to celebrate. Good news is coming their way…but what is it? Will a blast from the past be coming back? Is this about Heather’s bid for freedom? Whatever is it, it’s nice to see at least a few smiles in Port Charles.
Wednesday, August 7th
On this episode of General Hospital, Jason (Steve Burton) makes a mad dash for the hospital. Is he rushing to get to Kristina’s room and console her family or is there a whole different reason? Is someone else about to have a crisis, too? The last thing anyone needs is another person they love suffering.
At the same time, Ava worries for her future…as she should. It’s not every day a pregnant woman is pushed out a window and Ava’s in the line of fire. At best, she’s facing prison. At worst, she’s facing Sonny’s wrath. And, we all know how that is going to go!
Thursday, August 8th
Trina (Tabyana Ali) gets her shot to unleash on Heather (Alley Mills) and it’s going to be explosive. She’s held onto all her anger and resentment for that woman for years and she’s going to tell Heather all about herself. Trina’s words are going to cut deep and Heather is going to feel the string. She has a long road to redemption if she has any hope of winning Trina over.
Meanwhile, Ava gets quite a scare, courtesy of Jason! Will she take this as a warning to hightail it out of town before things get worse for her? You can’t almost kill the daughter of a Mob King without consequences. Deep, dark consequences.
Friday, August 9th
General Hospital ends the week with Nina (Cynthia Watros) coming up with a new grand plan. She’s always up to something and this will be no different. She’s upping the ante, getting her ducks in a row, and going for broke. Nina’s ready to rumble and light up this town with her troublemaker ways.
Opposite this, we have Sonny mulling over a shocking request that leaves him reeling. What could possibly come his way that has a man like Sonny shaken? It’s not often his nerves become frayed to this extent. Just wait until you see the drama that threatens to turn his whole world upside down.
