Monday, October 21st
This is a big week for Sam (Kelly Monaco). She’s starts getting ready to go under the knife and save Lulu’s life. But first, she needs to talk to Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Cameron Mathison). She sits down with her exes for a very telling talk you won’t want to miss!
At the same time, Holly (Emma Samms) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) have quite the encounter. It’s truly time for the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth to come out — especially since Sasha’s already opened that can of worms? She needs to explain herself and Robert needs all the answers.
Tuesday, October 22nd
Is Holly’s dark secret the reason Anna (Finola Hughes) targets her on Tuesday? She puts Holly on blast and slings all kinds of mud her way. Holly’s not just going to stand there and take it, though. She’s going to rip into Anna just as hard. This is a showdown you’ll want to see!
Is that paternity secret the one Maxie (Kirsten Storms) can’t wait to share with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson)? She’s quite the gossip…and yes, Spinelli is too. He loves getting the inside scoop on the secret lives of his Port Charles neighbors. Who can resist a juicy tidbit like this?!
Wednesday, October 23rd
General Hospital spoilers tease a sense of calm for Portia (Brook Kerr). She did a terrible thing and could lose her job and even face some serious jail time if the truth comes out. Don’t worry, dear Portia, Curtis (Donnell Turner) is stepping up and he promises to help her fix her mess.

At the same time, Trina (Tabyana Ali) leans on Gio (Giovanni Mazza) for support. With all the stress in her life, it’s nice to have a friend like him to lean on. Gio has a way of helping her calm down, even out her feelings, and putting things into perspective.
Thursday, October 24th
It’s a huge day in Port Charles, starting with the much-anticipated return of Steve Webber (Scott Reeves)! It’s been a hot minute since the disgraced doctor has been around. The last time we saw him, he was being carted off to prison for a very, very long time after killing a patient so another could have a life-saving transplant.
Speaking of transplants, Sam checks into the hospital to prepare for her and Lulu’s operations. She’s stepping up to play hero and give Lulu a second chance at life. This is a brave moment that no one will ever forget.
Friday, October 25th
With the operation underway, all anyone can do on Friday is wait and pray for a good outcome. As you can imagine, Laura (Genie Francis) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will be messes. Their daughters are in the OR and this complicated surgery has one too many roadblocks along the way.
When all is said and done, there is a twist coming that no one could anticipate. Grab your tissues because there will be tears. This week will not end as happy as it began.
