New year, new podcast, new status for Mr. Steve Burton: betrothed man! “She said yes,” enthused the actor about fiancée Michelle Lundstrom. “It’s amazing, and we’re looking forward to the next chapters. It’s so awesome. She’s amazing.”

Those “next chapters” would be all the sweeter if not for the continued scamming/impersonations. That, Steve bemoaned, is just getting worse and worse.

But out of the frying pan and into the fire…that broke out in Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse and set Michael — but not his departing portrayer Chad Duell — aflame.

Steve declared of the scenes: “First of all, the show has been doing awesome with the special effects. I mean, this last year that I’ve been back, it’s been pretty crazy with Sidwell out there, those explosions – somebody’s liking a lot of fire lately.”

Soon, the gents were debating the ramifications of the attack, what Jason could/should get up to when not enmeshed in “the business,” whether or not the stone-cold one possessed any morals and/or values, and just how old their alter-egos were supposed to be.

Turns out one of them is (supposedly) MUCH younger than the other — and it’s probably not who you’d expect at first blush. What’s more, Steve’s playing 11 years YOUNGER… He can pull it off!
