Wes Ramsey returns as Owen Kent — The villain who originally kidnapped Stephanie Johnson in 2009 is back after a 16-year absence. Ramsey (also known to GH fans as Peter August) reprised the role on February 27 and has been central to Stephanie’s kidnapping storyline throughout early March.
