Beyond The Gates
* Cady McClain puts in another appearance as Dani’s (Karla Mosley) best friend/enabler.
* Ruthless’ Jason Vendryes has been tapped to play “Kenny,” a ” mysterious stranger who impacts the lives of Clifton Davis’ Vernon and Brandon Claybon’s Martin.” He’ll debut in May. Deadline was the first to report.
The Bold and the Beautiful
* Ahoy-hoy, Captain! Jack Wagner is set to return to as Nick Marone this summer.
Per Deadline, the actor/singer reported for duty on Thursday, April 10 — and according to the outlet, this will be no mere drive-by. Wagner’s first episode back is scheduled for June 13 and will kick off a long-term arc.
* Ashley Jones’s Bridget scrubs in and boards Liam’s (Scott Clifton) diagnostics team.
* Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia McKinlay) whole world nears implosion when she learns Daddy dearest might not make her dance recital.
Days of our Lives
* George DelHoyo’s Orpheus returns to menace Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) yet again.
* Louise Sorel and Alison Sweeney continue their return guest stints this week. The former amuses herself by blowing up Philip’s (John-Paul Lavoisier) spot, and the latter sets up another hurdle for a reunion between Rafe (Galen Gering) and Jada (Elia Cantu).
* Tina Huang’s (Melinda Trask) alter-ego ruffles a few feathers.
General Hospital
* 1,973 days (give or take, he’s the one counting, not us!) after he bowed out as Young and the Restless’ Cane Ashby (a role he’d held since 2007), Daniel Goddard is returning to daytime. Per TVInsider, Goddard will arrive in Port Charles on Tuesday, April 15 as Henry Dalton, the much-talked-about PCU professor of environmental physics.
* Cyrus Hobbi’s Yuri reports for duty.
* The teen scene is getting momentarily shored up this week. Asher Antonyzn’s Danny will bond further with Sofia Mattsson’s Sasha, while Finn Carr’s Rocco and Colin Cassidy’s Aiden will be on hand for respective family celebrations.
The Young and the Restless
* The OG Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’s “Culture Vulture” is flapping towards Genoa City. Per US Weekly, Jai Rodriguez has nabbed a guest arc on The Young and the Restless, where he’ll play Pietro, “a successful and sought-out party planner to the movers and shakers in Genoa City.”
Pietro’s assignment: organize a blowout birthday bash for matriarch Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)
Per the outlet, Rodriguez will appear in four episodes, with the first installment airing on May 28.
* Melissa Ordway’s Abby will serve as a buffer when hubby Devon (Bryton James) crosses with Lily (Christel Khalil) and Damian (Jermaine Rivers).
* Valarie Pettiford is back as ailing Amy Lewis.
* Christopher Cousin’s (Alan and Martin Laurent) nearly year-long reign has come to a most ignoble end.
