This past week on The Young and the Restless, there have been some major changes. With some characters returning to the show, viewers have been looking forward to some big changes. In fact, some viewers feel as if the storylines need to be changed. However, this past week, there were some moments that fans of the show were excited about. Let’s recap the past week on the show and what happened.
Victoria’s Plans to Be Co-Ceo
Victoria has been pushing to become the co-CEO of her father’s company, but it doesn’t look as if Victor wants this to happen. It looks like he wants to give Adam another chance. Adam doesn’t seem to be the one who wants to go back to the corporate world though. Will he deny an opportunity to continue to work with Victor? There are some big moves coming for Victor and it turns out that he wants to demote Victoria. Victoria wanted to promote Nate so that he could work with her, but this would change everything. Will Victoria finally get that wake-up call that viewers think that she needs? There have been plenty of power struggles in Genoa City and Victoria isn’t the only one dealing with it.
Nikki has been working hard as CEO, but she has been giving out ultimatums of her own. In fact, she had made Audra and Kyle uncomfortable when she grilled them about what was going on. These two have developed a scheme of their own. They are ready to deceive Nikki, but she seems to be on to them. Viewers are ready to see them get caught and to see how they react. It won’t be long until Nate and Audra get found out and it all comes crashing down on them.
Meddling In Genoa City
Kyle has been the topic of plenty of conversations in Genoa City this week. Jack and Diane are very worried about him and Diane even tells Jack that her son is “slipping away” from them. Of course, Kyle will just think that his mother is meddling with him. In fact, with his wedding reception coming up, will Diane do her best to jump in and cause drama while she’s there? Diane isn’t the only meddling mother who has shown her true colors this past week on The Young and the Restless.
Phyllis has started to do some meddling of her own. Her life has been filled with poor choices and her children have been making some of their own. This coming week, viewers will see that Phyllis is getting involved in Daniel and Summer’s love lives. What will happen when she does? Does she think that she can help them make better choices?
One More Mystery
When Jack was ready, he decided that it was time for him to amend things with Ashley. However, Diane was still seen as a threat to Jabot. While this was on her mind, Ashley decided that it was time for her and Tucker to take off to Paris. While they were away, Diane wanted Jack to fire Billy and Kyle would take his place. A mystery will unfold just as Ashley and Billy are returning to Genoa City. What will happen next?
