Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) have loads in common, but their similarities don’t exactly make for a great friendship. In fact, the two tend to bring out the worst in each other. And while two wrongs don’t make a right, these two wrong’uns are hoping that by teaming up, they can stick it to The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Step one: formulate a devious plan. Phyllis is getting at that. And she’ll have Billy Boy on hand to encourage her.
