Chancellor Industries is back under Victor’s (Eric Braeden) control and he couldn’t be happier….especially since this keeps it away from Billy (Jason Thompson). Getting the best of his daughter’s ex always brings The Mustache joy. And, now, he gets to rub Billy’s nose in his success.
Will this strengthen Billy’s resolve to get revenge? Yes, of course it will. But, will Billy ever succeed at knocking The Great Victor Newman off his throne? Probably not. Billy is a lot of things but a successful schemer isn’t really one of them.

Meanwhile, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) suffers through a painful reminder of the night of the accident. Will this setback affect her recovery? Phyllis is one of the toughest women in town but even the strongest people can break. There’s only so much Phyllis can take.
