Luna came to Los Angeles a sweet, innocent young lady full of hope and dreams, and now, she’s living a nightmare on The Bold and the Beautiful. She unknowingly took drugs, got high, and woke up confused in the wrong bed not remembering much and questioning everything.
A Series Of Terrible Events
Luna (Lisa Yamada) is a woman in love who waited for the perfect time with the perfect man to give herself away. Just days ago, she was living the dream with RJ and was sure everything was perfect. Sadly, all that is ruined now, all thanks to some suspicious mints and very terrible timing.
As for Zende (Delon de Metz), he woke up unaware that he did anything wrong…aside from sleeping with his cousin’s flame. He had no idea Luna didn’t come to him willingly and openly. He also was not aware Luna was picturing RJ the whole time. He didn’t mean to take advantage of Luna. Not at all. But does this make him a victim too? Does this excuse hold weight?
The Blame Game
Who is to blame for all this? Is it Luna for unwittingly using drugs and “cheating” on RJ? Surely not. She’s the biggest victim in all this. She had no idea what was happening or who it was happening with. All she did was pop a few mints truly thinking they were mints and her life fell apart.
Is Zende to blame for sleeping with Luna thinking she was inviting herself into his space? He knew she had a few glasses of bubbly champagne and was giggly while he was flirting, but he had no idea she was high. He also had no idea she wasn’t in her right mind.
What about Poppy (Romy Park)? Should she shoulder the guilt and shame for her daughter’s undoing? Those were her “mints” and she neglected to tell anyone what they really were. If she spoke up and was honest, perhaps Luna wouldn’t have taken them with her in the first place.
Fixing What’s Broken
This isn’t the first time B&B has featured a story of this magnitude. It was just a few years ago Thomas and Caroline were in a similar situation. In fact, it’s how Douglas came to be. For years, Thomas was seen as a villain, will Zende be seen the same way?
No matter what, this is sure to rock Luna’s life, Zende’s world, and have fans all over the globe up in arms. Was it worth it? We think not!
