The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for January 2, 2024, promise a big day for Hope as Thomas takes her completely by surprise.
What Will Hope Say?
The last thing Hope (Annika Noelle) expected after being put on the spot by Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was being put on the spot by Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). But there he is, down on one knee with a stunning ring asking her to marry him. She hasn’t even been able to say that she is in love with him yet, but she doesn’t deny loving him when Thomas mentions it.
However, she just ended one marriage and may not be ready for another one yet. She’s been enjoying just taking things as they come with Thomas. Yes, she knows he is madly in love with her and has been for years, but she thought they were on the same page.
Thomas pours out his whole heart to Hope as he kneels with the ring, but he has been here before asking the same woman the same question and not always getting the answer he wants. Is that about to happen again? Will Hope end up breaking his heart or assuring him that things will be ok no matter her answer?
Xander Has Quite A Story To Tell
Finn (Tanner Novlan) never expected that his new patient would end up being someone who could confirm his suspicions that Thomas is not the man everyone wants to think he is. Despite Thomas never having a problem with Finn, the good doctor seems to have one with his brother-in-law.
When Xander (Adain Bradley) opens up and tells him a shocking story, Finn listens intently. Xander tells him that it was Thomas and Thomas alone who was responsible for a young intern’s death nearly five years ago. Yes, the police deemed it an accident, but Xander sees things very differently.
What will Finn do with this information and will it form a wedge between him and Steffy? We’re sure Liam (Scott Clifton) would be happy to hear about that since he wants Steffy back and may make his way back on the scene sooner rather than later. Hmmm…
