Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, May 3, 2024, tease EJ’s whole world is about to spin when Leo drops the bomb that Nicole’s baby is very much alive…and living right under their noses.
Previously On DAYS: Nicole was excited to work with Eric again, but not excited enough to tell her husband about her new coworker. Eric didn’t exactly want to tell Sloan, either. Not helping matters was Sloan spying them in the square tending to baby Jude. Speaking of Sloan, she laid down the law with Leo again and reminded him he was cut off. This was a huge mistake on her part. No sooner did Sloan say that than a drunk Leo ran off to the DiMera mansion to sell the secret to EJ. Ava not only got herself a room at the pub, but a job, too! Later, she and Harris got caught searching for the black book by Stefan, who ultimately agreed to help. Three heads were better than two and the book turned up in a wine bottle. Back at the pub, Marlena confided in Roman that she was worried about John. Additionally, Stefan urged Kristen to get Gabi out of prison if she wanted his help becoming CEO. All they had to do was prove her innocence, right? Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
A Bombshell Reveal
Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) cutting Leo’s lavish lifestyle won’t bode well for her. He has no reason to stay quiet, so he doesn’t. He runs straight to EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and spills all the dirty details of Sloan kidnapping little Jude right from the hospital and passing him off as her own adopted baby boy. Oh, yes, he tells all. Or, at least as much as he knows.
This is all very shocking, as anyone can imagine. Nicole (Arianne Zucker) told them all that was her baby and they kept telling her she was wrong until she was gaslit into silence. Imagine the guilt EJ must feel over forcing Nicole to hand her own son back. What an awful mess.
Lies Upon Lies
As for Sloan, her husband corners her and demands even more answers. First and foremost, what is going on with all that cash she put in Leo’s pockets? Did he blackmail her? Is that what this is? He wants the truth and wants it right now!
At the same time, Nicole opens up to Marlena (Deidra Hall). She talks about mothering Holly, the loss of her son, and her feelings towards the men in her life. Will she admit she’s still harboring a deep connection to Eric even though she’s married to EJ?
A Worrisome Announcement
Also having a chat with Marlena is Maggie (Suzanne Rogers). She announces her engagement and tells Marlena and John (Drake Hogestyn) all about her wedding plans. She’s not exactly a woman in love, but she is trying to do right by a friend. What can possibly go wrong? Well, Maggie, everything. Everything can go wrong.
What should Leo do now? Should he run away from Salem?
