Can ‘Xarah’ Call A Truce?
It’s time for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander’s (Paul Telfer) custody hearing and Xander is determined to look like an upstanding citizen to gain custody of his daughter. He is still willing to co-parent but Sarah isn’t so he has to play dirty. Using Eric (Greg Vaughan) as a witness against Sarah seems to be his best weapon.
Sarah accuses Xander of playing dirty, but Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) tells him that was what he would have to do to win. Does Xander have another trick up his sleeve thanks to Sloan’s hardball advice? Will he actually be able to convince a judge that he is a better parent than Sarah considering his checkered past?
Gwen Comes Back Into Play
One thing Xander wants to look good for the judge is a steady job, so he refuses to sell Chad (Billy Flymm) his share of The Spectator. Not to be deterred, Chad places a call to his business partner and we get to see Gwen (Emily O’Brien) without a bad blonde wig and hear her with a British accent.
Chad offers her a considerable sum of money for The Spectator, but will she bite? She’s not in Salem anymore and doesn’t need the hassle of owning a business there. Plus, Gwen is usually happy to make a quick buck. Does that mean Chad and Xander are about to become partners? What does that mean for Everett’s (Blake Berris) future at the paper?
Theresa Has A Million Problems
Konstantin (John Kapelos) has Theresa (also Emily O’Brien) in the Kiriakis living room where he wants her, but she is not quite sure she can go ahead with his crazy plan to make sure Sarah trusts him and stays off his back. There is no way Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) can think he is anyone other than Victor’s (John Aniston) kind friend from Greece.
Theresa’s affection for Maggie gives her pause, but her desire to land Alex and his money might win out over her conscience.
Little does she know that her love life may soon become more complicated than she ever imagined. After talking to Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), Brady (Eric Martsolf) begins to wonder if he might have romantic feelings for Theresa. Is Brady feeling a tiny bit jealous?
